AFH-FOSC-BDM Enclosure

Ascent’s AFH series Fiber Optic Splice Closure (FOSC), is for the protection of the fiber splice joint between two or more cables, for direct or branch connection, to prevent the aging caused by the heat, cold, light, oxygen and microorganisms in nature.

•    Small cable ports for fiber cables Ф7 mm to Ф20mm and big ports for fiber cables Ф7 mm to Ф42 mm

•    Max. capacity (single fibers): 144 fibers (24 core splice tray*6)

•    Cable ports heat shrink sealing: good sealing performance, IP68

•    Accommodates 1 pc 1:16 or 2 pcs 1:8 PLC splitters, or 1 pc box type splitter 1:16

•    Accommodates 18 pcs SC adaptors (other types can be customized), max 18 pcs SC/PC 1.5 pigtails

•    Various soft cable sealing accessories available and can be customized

•    Splitters and pigtails can be pre-installed. Operators would only need to splice the fibers, which could greatly save on operation time and improve work efficiency
